At Trak Racer, we want to ensure your racing simulation experience is unparalleled. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your electronics or hardware within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the electronics in their original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and components to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
